The Colton Chamber of Commerce held its Annual Installation of the Board of Directors at the Best Western Plus Hotel in the City of Colton. More than 100 guests were in attendance. Mayor Frank Navarro administered the oath of office to the Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 term.

Several changes were made to the Board this year. Brian Chilstrom stepped down as President as he enters retirement. Brian delivered an outgoing speech, expressing confidence that he leaves the Chamber in good hands. He then swore in the new President, Frank Aguilar.

Frank delivered an incoming speech, thanking Brian for his years of service and leadership to the Chamber. In his first remarks as President, he stated, "The Chamber must continue to strengthen its role as a connector, advocate, and driver of economic opportunity." He went on to explain that the Chamber plays a pivotal role in supporting businesses, fostering economic growth, and creating opportunities for collaboration throughout the community.

The Chamber's Board of Directors would like to thank the community for its continued support, as well as everyone who attended the ceremony on June 11, 2026.

The Colton Chamber of Commerce is celebrating three major milestones this year: 120 years of service as of June 1, 2026, the installation of a new President, and 50 years of hosting the Colton Chamber Christmas Parade.

To commemorate these achievements, the Chamber will host a Gala on October 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City of Colton.
