Redlands Community Senior Center Reopens to Public

The Redlands Community Senior Center, 111 W. Lugonia Ave., reopened for public classes and programs began on Monday, Aug. 2. Center hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. A complete schedule of classes and programs can be found on the City’s website at www.cityofredlands.org/seniors. 

With the reopening of the facility, the Family Service Association’s curbside meal program will also phase back to in-person dining, with daily meals served inside a newly renovated banquet room from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. A donation of $3 is suggested for seniors 60 years of age and older. A $6 fee is required for anyone younger than 60. 

In addition to the daily meals, Family Services will provide frozen meal packets for the month of August only. Packets will be available to pick up inside the facility from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesdays. Meal packets will contain five frozen meals fruit, bread and milk for the week. A $15 donation is suggested for seniors 60 years of age and older. Meal packets are limited. Reservations are required.
