Redlands Community Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Randy Bevilacqua as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing.

Most recently, Bevilacqua was vice president of strategic services at St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, Calif. where he successfully opened the St. Mary High Desert Imaging Center, bringing all medical imaging to the on-campus center in 2018. While there, Bevilacqua also opened an on-campus urgent care center and worked with the hospital’s pulmonology department to develop thermoplasty services to reduce emergency asthma visits.

In addition to his work at St. Mary Medical Center, Bevilacqua served as the director of marketing and public relations at Desert Regional Center Medical Center in Palm Springs, California, where he managed the hopsital’s brand reputation.

“We’re proud to welcome Randy to our executive leadership, he brings more than three decades of expertise in strategic and financial planning that will help Redlands Community Hospital meet the complex health needs of our growing community,” says Jim Holmes, Redlands Community Hospital president and CEO. “We are confident that his deep bench in business development expertise will expand our physician network and the services that will make a greater impact on patient care.”

Bevilacqua is a recipient of multiple healthcare advertising awards and is a member of the American Society for Health Care Marketing and Public Relations, the Press Club of Los Angeles, the Desert Advertising Club, and the Public Relations Society of America. He holds degrees in English and Communications from Chaffey College in Alta Loma and California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Calif.

“It’s a wonderful opportunity to join Redlands Community Hospital during a monumental time in its history as the facility undergoes a major expansion,” says Bevilacqua. “My goal is to help the facility continue to grow and meet the needs of our growing community and patient base.”

Bevilacqua resides in Yucaipa, California.
