Mendelssohn and Tchikovsky's Piano Concerto

MAESTRO RANSOM WILSON will conduct the Redlands Symphony in a concert featuring the music of Felix MENDELSSOHN and Pyter Illyick TCHAIKOVSKY’S Piano Concerto No. 1 on Saturday January 20, 2018 in Memorial Chapel on the campus of the University of Redlands.  In addition to Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1, the event’s program will include A Midsummer Night’s Dream Overture and Symphony No. 4 Italian (revised), both by Mendelssohn. The Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto will be performed by Daniel Yu, 2017 winner of the University of Redlands School of Music Concerto Competition. The concert begins at 8 PM.  Doors open at 7 PM and Maestro Wilson will offer pre-concert remarks beginning at 7:15 PM (new time).
