Guests Can Enjoy Local Treats While Bidding on Paris, ‘Hamilton’, at Boys & Girls Clubs’ Chocolate Fantasy

Community members can enjoy desserts, champagne, and dancing while supporting local kids and teens on Feb. 10.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside’s 24th annual Chocolate Fantasy fundraiser is the Saturday before Valentine’s Day at the historic Mitten Building in Redlands. 

Attendees can enjoy savory and sweet treats from local restaurants, bakeries and chocolatiers with wine and beer. while giving back to Inland Empire youth. The event will include live and silent auctions and a raffle for an Apple Watch Series 3. 

Vendors include Greensleeves Steakhouse, Parliament Chocolate, Michelle’s Bakery, Mill Creek Cattle Company, State Street Winery, Lunch at the Mitten, Jose’s Mexican Food and Old Spaghetti Factory. Local wine experts Philp Paxton and Annette Weis will pour wines from a variety of California wineries.

Auction items include:

- A week in Paris: Enjoy the art, culture, food, wine, and landmarks of the French capital with paid airfare and hotel for six days and five nights.

- See the world’s hottest musical, “Hamilton”, on Broadway, and take in some of the sights of the Big Apple. Includes airfare and hotel for five days and four nights.

- Take a private tour of local success Garner Holt Productions, creator of animatronics and special effects magic for Disney, Universal Studios, Coca-Cola and NASA.

- Watch an Angels game behind home plate. Includes six tickets and parking.

- Take a trip to San Francisco and watch the resurgent 49ers play at home. Includes airfare and hotel for the weekend.

- Watch the Lakers near courtside against the Dallas Mavericks on March 28. Includes four seats at Staples Center.

- Attend Faith Hill and Tim McGraw’s Soul2Soul world tour at Staples Center in July.

Admission is $140 for a Golden ticket – which includes reserved seating and winetasting – and $100 for a Friend ticket. Table sponsorships are available.

Attendees can vote for Chocolatier of the Year, Restaurant of the Year, and Decorations of the Year.

The B.O.E. Band will once again provide great music and the opportunity to dance the night away.
