Yearly fishing passes are coming back to San Bernardino County Regional Parks along with a low-rate fishing permit for children between the ages of 4-14 for $5, and the new Summer Family Swim Pass that includes four tickets at a discounted rate of $55 for the four pack.

Entry, fishing and swimming fees are being adjusted to align with rates in neighboring counties and to ensure parkgoers have the best experience possible at the county’s regional parks. The new fees take effect on Monday, May 12, 2025.

The affected Regional Parks include:

  • Cucamonga-Guasti
  • Glen Helen
  • Mojave Narrows
  • Mojave River Forks
  • Prado
  • Yucaipa

New parks vehicle entrance fees

  • Monday-Friday: $10
  • Weekends and special events: $15
  • Holidays: $20
  • Park Annual Pass: $80 (Valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Excludes special events and holidays and is non-transferable.)
  • Single-park summer pass: $40 (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend)
  • Multi-park summer pass: $60 (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend)

New parks fishing fees

  • Daily fishing permit (Adults): $15/person
  • Daily fishing permit (Kids ages 4-14): $5/person
  • Holiday fishing permits (All ages): $20/person
  • Fishing pass: $125/year per person (12 visits, excludes holidays and special events. A $180 value)

New swim facility fees

The new swim fees automatically include the waterslides at one price.

  • Daily swim: $15/person (excludes holidays, holiday weekends and special events.)
  • Holiday and holiday weekends: $20/person
  • Kids under age three (3) are free.
  • Must be at least 48” (inches) tall to ride the slides.

In 2024, the Board of Supervisors approved extending Regional Park hours to 8 p.m. during summertime to provide more recreational opportunities to communities.

The department is responsible for the operation of nine regional parks, encompassing approximately 9,200 acres.

For more information on all Regional Parks, including camping information, visit parks.sbcounty.gov or follow parks on Facebook and Instagram.
