The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 30 to 40 years old, about six feet tall, 175 pounds, average build, with thick, dark eyebrows and dark eyes. He was last seen wearing a red, long-sleeved shirt, black fingerless gloves and a blue bandana over his face.
