A ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony for the newly constructed Garden of Serenity at Hillside Memorial Park is scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, on the cemetery grounds at 1540 Alessandro Road.

Members of the Redlands Area Interfaith Council, representing a variety of faiths and religious denominations, will conduct the dedication ceremony for the newly completed improvements.

Immediately following the ribbon cutting and dedication at the Garden of Serenity, clergy will dedicate other recently completed capital improvement projects throughout the cemetery, including Block L Extension. Light refreshments will be served.

City of Redlands press releases and other information are available on the City’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/cityofredlands or on the City’s website at www.CityofRedlands.org
