The Inland Master Chorale presents “Caroling, Caroling” on Sunday, December 19 at 4 pm at the University of Redlands Memorial Chapel, 1200 E. Colton Avenue, Redlands.

The concert features unique arrangements of many classic carols including “Away in a Manger,” “Joy to the World,” “The First Noel,” and “Hark, the Herald Angels Sing.”  Some lesser-known tunes include “Gaudete,” “Rui, Riu, Chiu,” and “Alleluia, Rejoice!”  In addition to carols, the Chorale will perform Rene Clausen’s “Magnificat,” an eight-part, acapella piece.

To ensure the safety of concertgoers, and in accordance with the University of Redlands School of Music policy, all guests are required to present proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 and a photo ID.  In addition, everyone must wear a mask indoors at all times.  This applies to anyone age 5 and up.  Details are available on the chorale’s website: www.inlandmasterchorale.org

Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door and $10 for students and children. Children under five are not admitted. Tickets are available at the venue, from Chorale members, or online at www.inlandmasterchorale.org.

The Chorale is under the direction of Dr. Joseph Modica, Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and Director of the School of Music at the University of Redlands. Assistant Director Anna DeLeon is Director of Choirs at Grand Terrace High School.  Sophie Tait is the Chorale’s accompanist.

The Chorale’s season continues in 2022 with “Reflect, Remember, Rejoice” on February 20 and “Carmina Burana” on May 22.
