Newest Council Members will Attend Coffee with the Council

The newest members of the Redlands City Council will be talking with residents informally this month. Councilmembers Paul Barich and John James, will meet with residents during the Coffee with the Council meeting beginning 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 21 at Cuca's Mexican Food, 1752 E. Lugonia Ave. The monthly Coffee with the Council events are informal meetings held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on the third Saturday of the month. The meetings rotate between three local restaurant locations - Olive Avenue Market, 530 W. Olive Ave; Cuca’s Mexican Food, 1752 E. Lugonia Ave.; and Stell Coffee & Tea Company, 1580 Barton Road, Suite A. Councilmembers also rotate attendance, with no more than two members at each meeting. The monthly meeting is an opportunity for residents to ask questions and share concerns outside the formal setting of a city council meeting. The schedule for this year’s Coffee with the Council meetings is included below. • March 21 - Stell Coffee & Tea; • April 18 - Olive Avenue Market; • May 16 - Cuca's Mexican Food; • June 20 - Stell Coffee & Tea; • July 18 - Olive Avenue Market; • Sept. 19 - Cuca's Mexican Food; • Oct. 17 - Stell Coffee & Tea; • Nov. 21 - Olive Avenue Market.
