On April 25, 2025, a significant recognition event took place at The Mission Inn , California, as Assemblywoman Leticia Castillo presented the prestigious Community Impact Award to Christy McGuire, the dedicated owner of Get Loaded Grand Terrace. This honor, part of the 2025 Assembly District Women of the Year program, occurred in celebration of Women's History Month, highlighting the contributions of remarkable women in the community.

Christy McGuire’s commitment to the city of Grand Terrace and its residents has been nothing short of inspiring. Her advocacy for local law enforcement and active involvement in numerous community projects have left a lasting and meaningful impact, showcasing her heart of service.
