Residents Invited to Join Street Tree Committee

The City of Redlands invites residents to apply for an opening on the Street Tree Committee. Deadline for filing applications has been extended to Nov. 19. Members are appointed by the City Council. Residents interested in applying for the non-salaried position may request application forms from the City Manager's Office, City Hall, 35 Cajon St., Suite 200, by phone at 798-7510, or download an application on-line at www.cityofredlands.org The Street Tree Committee advises the City Council and recommends policies for the planting, care and removal of trees and shrubs in all parkways in the city. The Street Tree Committee meets bi-monthly on the fourth Thursday of even-numbered months at 5:30 p.m. in the Civic Center Conference Room, 35 Cajon St., Suite 200.
