The Rail to Redlands Working Group announces the creation of its own Rail to Redlands website. The website gives residents access to committee members, latest news, project schedules, and other helpful information. The Rail to Redlands Working Group was created to focus on the Redlands Passenger Rail Project, which seeks to create a passenger rail system, traversing the east valley to the City of Redlands, alleviating highway congestion while providing an alternative source of transportation to its residents. Since its creation the working group has been working diligently to keep residents updated on the progress of the rail project. That connection has been made easy with the creation of the site. “My intent with the working group was to create an awareness of the project and keep it in the limelight in our in the local communities,” said Chairman Ramos, who serves as Co-Chair of the Rail to Redlands Working Group. “The creation of the website demonstrates the transparency that exists between the project and its stakeholders.” Visit the website by going to www.railtoredlands.org.
