Neighborhood Collaborative, Boys & Girls Club Throw Holiday Party

The Central San Bernardino Neighborhood Transformation Collaborative and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside held a holiday party and toy giveaway for kids at the Waterman Gardens public housing community on Wednesday, Dec. 16. Members of the community donated toys for younger kids and gift cards for teenagers. Each child or teen got a turn to pick what they wanted. Community members volunteered to run games and help youth with crafts. Members of the San Bernardino Police Department passed out stickers, helped kids choose gifts and passed out stickers. Boys & Girls Clubs runs programs three days a week at Bobby Vega Community Center in Waterman Gardens.
