Redlands Firefighters will swap their blue T-shirts for pink ones during the month of October in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
But the T-shirts aren’t just for Firefighters. The public can also purchase a Redlands Fire Department pink T-shirt starting now at the Redlands Fire Administration office. The offices are located at 35 Cajon St. in downtown Redlands, Suite 12. The T-shirts are available in both a men’s and women’s cut, sizes small through XXL. The cost of the shirt is $20, with all profits going to Stater Bros. Charities and Inland Women Fighting Cancer, presenters of the 2013 Believe Walk. This marks the fourth year Redlands Firefighters have worn pink T-shirts through the month of October. Each year the Redlands Firefighters Association purchases the pink T-shirts with money donated from members. The Pink T-shirts are available for purchase Monday through Thursday. For additional information, please call 909-798-7600.
