REDLANDS>> A 31-year-old San Bernardino man was arrested after reportedly stabbing a woman, chasing her with a vehicle and ramming another vehicle and assaulting that vehicle’s passenger as the victim pleaded for help. Redlands Police responded to a report of a stabbing in the 1500 block of Webster Street shortly after 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5.
