63-year-old Jimmy B. Morrison was arrested as a suspect in a 1988 cold murder case. The Redlands Police Department in conjunction with the Pima County, Arizona, Sheriff’s Department Fugitive Investigative Strike Team (FIST) took him into custody Monday, Sept. 9.
