The Redlands Community Center is offering fun and excitement for all those who enjoy dancing by offering ballroom dance lessons. Joe Sidor, the host and ballroom dance instructor for the evenings of the event, is offering his years of experience by teaching a four-week course of Salsa dancing. Joe Sidor has been dancing for the last 30 years and has been teaching others to dance for the past five years. He shared, “When people join my class, I try and instill upon them the three D’s: Desire, Dedication, and daring. A dancer must possess these qualities in order learn a dance.” Sidor had started his Salsa dance lessons back on June 9th, and even though the four-week course is coming to an end there are still many other dances Mr. Sidor will teach. Along with teaching Salsa, Mr. Sidor will offer dance lessons in the Fox Trot, the Waltz, the Hustle, East Coast Swing, Cha Cha, the Tango, the Rumba, Texas Two-Step, and West Coast Swing. “Of all the twelve dances I teach, I like them all,” Sidor said. “I hope after the four-week lessons my students will feel the same as me.” For those who take and finish the four-week course of any particular dance lesson, they will receive a certificate of completion to impress their family and friends. To join the class and learn of the dances offered, contact Joe Sidor at (909) 792-6076 or sidorcon@aol.com. Space is limited, so make sure you reserve a spot in order to learn these graceful moves.
