Mountain Grove Plants New Tenants

Mountain Grove is a 67-acre lifestyle and entertainment development contiguous to Majestic Realty’s Citrus Plaza in Redlands, which since opening in 2004, has encountered a 99 percent-plus occupancy rate anchored by tenants including Target, Kohl’s and Bed Bath & Beyond. Once fully built, Mountain Grove will include 670,000-square-feet of retail, entertainment and promotional retailers. Together, Mountain Grove and Citrus Plaza will offer 1.2 million square feet of retail, hospitality and entertainment space. In March of 2014, Majestic Realty Co. began construction on Mountain Grove at Citrus Plaza. The center is expected to open in the Summer of 2015. Some of the Project Highlights are ±67 acres, fully entitled, ±670,000 square feet proposed at full build-out (± 465,000 square feet – Phase I UNDER CONSTRUCTION), NWQ of Interstate 10 and Interstate 210, prime access from 2 major interstates. It is located adjacent to the 520,000 square feet Citrus Plaza (Anchored by Target, Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Barnes & Noble, Michaels, DSW, Sports Chalet, Pier 1 Imports, Cost Plus World Market and many others).
