REDLANDS>> The City of Redlands Development Services Department and the Inland Empire chapter of SCORE will co-host a workshop that will include tips on how to turn website visitors into customers. From 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, the introductory workshop will help participants avoid common mistakes and introduce them to seven helpful tips. Featured presenter will be Kim “Kat” Shepherd, a traveler, entrepreneur, author and business skills trainer, who has worked as a business and computer professional for more than 30 years. Shepherd’s business, The Ultimate Professional, provides training in social media marketing, business skills and computer software. Cost of the workshop is $15 with pre-registration or $25 at the door. Registration can be done online at inlandempire.score.org/localworkshops. The workshop will be held in the Redlands City Council Chambers, located at 35 Cajon St., Suite 2/4. Free parking is available in the two-story municipal parking structure located on the corner of Citrus Avenue and Sixth Street.
