Fore Club Youth Learns Gold Fundamentals

The PGA Sports Academy Boys & girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside held a session for club members to learn golf fundamentals from PGA pro, Tom Matreyek, at the Hansberger Clubhouse in Redlands starting Oct. 22. The event will also take place on Oct. 29 at 4 p.m. at the same location, then again on Nov. 5 at a golf course at 3:30 p.m. The PGA Sports Academy encompasses approximately 50 youth who participate in this rewarding and challenging activity. Through a $1,000 grant from the PGA and United States Golf Association, this program allows members to gain exposure into the sport of golf.
