City Survey Seeks Ways to Improve Development Review Process

The City of Redlands has contracted for an assessment of the City’s development review process. This survey, conducted by the Matrix Consulting group, will evaluate opportunities to make improvements to the process and customer service. Residents and businesses are encouraged to take the survey before the Dec. 15 deadline. No one from the City will see individual survey results. The results will be reviewed and tabulated only by Matrix Consulting Group staff.
