Featured Speakers Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh and Agnes Gibboney

On Friday, September 18, 2020 from 11 AM- 12:30 PM the Redlands Republican Women will be hosting a virtual meeting on Zoom. The featured speakers will be Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh, who is a candidate for the California 23rd State Senate District; and Agnes Gibboney, who is a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives- 31st District. The meeting is free of charge. Rosilicie, a native Californian, has always believed that home ownership signifies the American Dream. When she and her husband purchased their first home she remembers her teary-eyed father proudly saying, "you’ve made it." Rosilicie who is a 16-year realtor and "Woman of Distinction" award recipient, has devoted herself to helping others achieve that dream. Rosilicie'S family taught her work ethic and personal responsibility. Education unlocked her future. A graduate of San Bernardino High School and the University of California in Santa Barbara, she went on to teach English language learners. Today she service on her local school board. Rosilicie's experience as well prepared her to Champion stronger schools, lower taxes, better infrastructure, and more affordable home prices. Rosilicie with her husband of 23 years and their three children have made the city of Yucaipa their home. She has the heart, grit, expertise and values to get the results we need, as she runs for the California 23rd state Senate District. Agnes Gibboney, known as "Angel Mom," is an immigrant from Hungary. She was raised in Brazil, where she lived with her family for 13 years before immigrating to the United States. Agnes' is first born and only son Ronald da Silva was murdered by a previously deported illegal man. In November 2019, the man who murdered her son was released from prison and Agnes fought to have him deported [He was released and immediately deported]. Agnes has been very vocal about illegal immigration and building a wall. She decided to run for the United States Congress in District 31.
