For over 100 years, Hatfield Buick-GMC has been a fixture in the community. A community “fixture” means more than selling cars and trucks or service after the sale. It means that you are ingrained in the community and an integral part of the community.
The day after Hatfield celebrated it’s 100 year anniversary, the dealership welcomed Redlands Troop 33- Boy Scouts of America to hold a fund-raising car wash. This isn’t the first fund-raiser for Hatfield, and I’m sure it’s not the last. That’s part of how someone or something becomes a fixture in the community.
By the way, Troop 33 has been meeting at Trinity Episcopal Church in Redlands for 42 years, and Trinity Episcopal Church has been a fixture in the community since the congregation was established in 1886.
Troop 33 would like to thank Hatfield Buick-GMC, Bill and Rod for their continued support for these and many other community events. Thanks also to the community for supporting the Boy Scouts of America.
