Young residents are developing leadership skills this summer through a series of educational programs designed to encourage civic involvement, communication, and teamwork.
The program brings together middle school, high school, and college-aged students for workshops covering public speaking, goal setting, volunteerism, and community service.
Organizers say the initiative helps prepare future leaders while encouraging participants to become active contributors to their communities.
"Leadership isn't just about holding a title—it's about serving others and making a positive impact," said one program facilitator.
Participants will conclude the program with a community improvement project benefiting local residents.
