For more than 90 years, our organization has served the Greater Redlands Area with compassion, purpose, and pride. From our award-winning Thrift Shop to our many philanthropic programs that support local children and families, our commitment to Redlands area communities has never wavered— and never will.
Locally Rooted. Community Focused. Always.
Our members voted to disaffiliate from the national organization this year. The decision allows us to remain 100% community-driven, with local control of our programs, funds, and priorities—ensuring that every dollar stays right here in the Redlands area.
“We are very excited about this new branding for our organization and programs. Nothing will change except our name,” said League President Shirley Guy. “We remain a volunteer-based non-profit, dedicated to meeting the needs of our community with the same valuable services.”
Programs That Change Lives—Right Here at Home
· Cool 4 School—In partnership with school counselors from Redlands Unified and Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School Districts, this program provides over 1,200 students K-5 with a shopping spree for new clothes and shoes at Kohl’s. Teachers report that students return with renewed confidence and excitement for learning.
· Redlands League Dental Clinic—Our low-cost dental clinic continues to provide quality care at reduced rates. The gap between what patients pay and the actual cost of care is covered entirely through League fundraising—ensuring accessible dental health for all.
· Volunteens (formerly Assisteens)—-Engages youth from 8th grade through high school, teaching leadership, responsibility, and the joy of giving back through community service.
Every Purchase and Every Donation Stays in the Redlands Area
Our award-winning Thrift Shop remains the heart of our fundraising efforts. All proceeds, along with grants and community donations, support local programs directly benefiting Redlands area families.

Redlands League—Proudly Serving Our Community Since 1931
We are a volunteer-powered organization of more than 100 dedicated members and we welcome new members who wish to serve their community. Many say they “join for the programs and stay for the friendships.”
As we look ahead to our centennial celebration, we do so with gratitude for the generations of community support and confidence in the future. Though our name has changed, our mission, values, and heart emain the same—dedicated to uplifting our neighbors and strengthening the Greater Redlands Area for generations to come.
