REDLANDS >> Members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside competed in the Club’s annual Junior Olympics event on Feb. 26.
Local youth competed in activities such as cup stacking, potato sack races, soccer, javelin, relays and jump rope. Youth from the organization’s sites around the Inland Empire participated.
Junior Olympics encourages local youth to have active and healthy lifestyles. Competitors learn about exercise and the importance of working together.
